To strengthen ASTEC’s talent acquisition strategy, I led the creation of a branded teacher recruitment video designed to elevate awareness and attract mission-aligned educators. I selected Tulsa-based VentureFilms Studios for production, based on their strong portfolio in the education sector. From concept development to final delivery, I provided end-to-end creative direction—crafting the messaging, defining key content pillars, and aligning the narrative with ASTEC’s brand identity. I coordinated all on-site logistics, secured media releases, and collaborated closely with the production team throughout filming to ensure strategic alignment with our recruitment goals. The video now serves as a cornerstone of our employer branding efforts—authentically showcasing ASTEC’s supportive culture, passionate staff, and meaningful impact on scholar success.
